With v1.27.0, XRHUB introduces major upgrades to project organization, collaboration, and media control.

New Features
Workspaces Functionality — With v1.27.0, XRHUB introduces full Workspace support, enabling teams and organizations to collaborate within dedicated spaces for managing projects, verses, and archive resources.
What It Is
Workspaces are shared environments that group related content into independent spaces. Each workspace maintains its own projects, verses, and archived resources, while global areas—such as Community, Activations, Settings, and Tiers—remain accessible regardless of the selected workspace.
What Users Can Do
With Workspaces, users can:
- Collaborate in parallel without interfering with other teams or workstreams.
- Create projects, verses, and assets in dedicated team spaces, where all teammates can access them.
- Invite collaborators and manage access via role-based permissions.
- Assign Viewer, Contributor, or Admin roles to control visibility, editing, and publishing.
- Manage multiple workspaces alongside a personal Default Workspace.
Version Control — XR Creator Studio now includes a fully integrated Version Control Panel, giving creators clear visibility into project history, collaboration activity, and publishing workflows—all directly inside the editor.
What It Is
The Version Control Panel is a built-in system that automatically tracks project changes through checkpoints and personal user branches. It separates everyday work from publishing, allowing creators to iterate freely while maintaining a stable, traceable record of deployed versions.
What Users Can Do
With Version Control, users can:
- Save work safely using draft-based checkpoints.
- Review and restore previous project states.
- Collaborate in parallel without overwriting teammates’ work.
- Comment on changes and mark checkpoints as ready for review.
- Merge approved work from collaborators.
- Publish stable versions to Development or Production environments.
Dockview React Layout Engine — The panel system has been upgraded to Dockview React, delivering a more robust, flexible, and customizable layout experience across XR Creator Studio. Learn More.
Audio & Video Playback Controls — Play, Pause, and Stop functionality is now enabled for audio and video elements, giving creators direct control over media playback within scenes via the scripting API. Learn More.

New Features
This release introduces workspace-aware logic to improve asset management and storage clarity inside the Metaverse:
